Sol, by Kiyoshi Takahashi, is a Japanese sculpture made for Mexico: two sectioned white spheres installed by the Route of Friendship in 1968, still turning for anyone driving the Periférico.
The sunglass frame inherits that construction by planes: a 47 mm hexagonal front in acetate, large size, with UV100 lenses.
In eleven colors, from fuchsia to olive green. Designed in Mexico City and handmade in Japan. Also available as eyeglasses.
