Refund policy
Gramo.mx does not offer returns on products once they have been received by the customer.
To request an exchange, Gramo.mx allows a return period of 48 hours from the customer's receipt of the frame. The frame must not have been used, and both the original packaging and the frame must be in perfect condition. If the frame has already been graduated and its original lenses have been removed, no exchange will be applied.
The customer must send an email with the request to info@gramo.mx, state the reason for the exchange, and select the piece they wish to replace their purchase with. Any unused balance, either because they cannot find an option they are interested in or because the price of the new frame is lower than the original purchase, will be used as credit for a future purchase, valid for 12 months.
