Xochimilco means seedbed of flowers. It is the last place in the valley where crops are still grown on water: chinampas raised by hand, canals that have held the same layout for centuries. A geometry made of straight lines and soft corners.
The frame reproduces it in a hexagonal front with rounded edges, in acetate. The angles are there, but none of them cut: the shape reads angular from a distance and feels organic up close.
