In 1945 the Mexican pilots of Squadron 201 flew missions over Luzon and Formosa. They were the only Mexican military force ever to fight outside national territory; five never came back. Beside the Puerta de los Leones, in Chapultepec, a bronze eagle remembers them.
The frame takes that straightness: a rectangular front with a straight upper edge, in thick and highly durable acetate, with flat temple tips. Rectangular rivets and triple-barrel hinges.
