Exchange Policy, returns and Warranty
Gramo.mx does not offer returns for products once they have been received by the customer.
To request a change, Gramo.mx offers a period of 48 hours after the frame has been received by the client. The frame cannot have been used, and both the original packaging and the frame must be in perfect condition. If the frame has already been graduated and its original lenses have been disassembled, no change will be applied.
The client must send an email with the request to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicate the reason for the change and select the part for which they want to replace their purchase. The unused balance, either because you cannot find an option that interests you, or because the price of the new frame is lower than the first purchase, will remain as a credit for a future purchase, valid for 12 months.
Frames have a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase. Only damage to the product notified by the customer up to two hours after receiving the frame will be taken into account.
Gramo.mx is not responsible for any type of damage to a frame that has been manipulated in a laboratory other than ours.
